WE ARE SEEKERS OF LOVE & LIFE.
WE LOVE WHAT WE DO.
IT’S OUR PASSION.

Sangha means together we make a safe space for transformation

A retreat is a time set apart to do just that. For generations, people have gone on retreats to experience rest and rejuvenation. Retreats remove us from noise and distraction, and allow us to cultivate space for change and growth.

It can be as simple as finding the time and space to take a big, deep breath in your busy life.

Or it can be an opportunity for something bigger.

Join us on a Sangha retreat for the journey of a lifetime.

realized at a young age that I loved to travel and explore the world. Traveling solo, with friends, family and big groups I love what travel does for my heart and soul! I’ve been fortunate enough to have gone on adventures locally, in the States, to Canada and Mexico as well as Central America, parts of Europe, India, and one of my relaxing favorites – beach vacations on the islands of the Caribbean! For over 20 years, I have been studying and practicing yoga and in 2014 became a certified yoga teacher – realizing the healing power of the practice and how it could help others like it helped me – much like travel did.  Not long after, I became the owner of Yoga Mandali in Saratoga Springs NY and it seemed like a natural progression to start Sangha Retreats with Beth, one of my favorite humans. When I’m not out exploring the world or on my yoga mat, I am a mortgage loan officer helping people buy their new homes. I love playing music and bird watching, but most of all love being with my family on our farm in Greenfield Center NY. It is my hope to travel with you and serve you soon!

I have been a seeker for as long as I can remember. I found myself in my first yoga class with Swami Sudhir Saraswati in Kathmandu, Nepal at age 19. More than three decades later, I still consider myself a seeker. I have been joyfully teaching yoga since 2006. I love to weave elements of the many paths I have travelled into my classes—including modern dance, cultural anthropology, kirtan, tantra, and bhakti yoga. My classes are playful and offer strong, breath centered flows sprinkled with stories, songs, and music. Most importantly though, I am known for creating a safe space for students to explore the transformative power of yoga. I am excited to be embarking on this new venture with my beloved yogini friend, Kristen.
